Use these controls to specify a strength for each step of the motif. Adjust the values by dragging the mouse up and down while holding down the left mouse button. (The "greyed out" controls show the effects of Rests or Long actions tying several steps together. Such greyed out controls have no effect).

Use the Menu button to affect the whole row at once...

Reset	fill with default strength
Randomise	fill with random strengths
Rising	fill with rising strengths (crescendo)
Falling	fill with falling strengths (decrescendo/diminuendo)
Fill with Step 1 Strength	fill with strength of first step
Reverse	reverse the order of the strengths
Rotate Left	rotate strengths 1 step to left (earlier in time)
Rotate Right	rotate strengths 1 step to right (later in time)

Rather than manually selecting a strength for each step, it is often easier to use the Random button a few times to find an interesting sequence.
